Ofcourse you cannot make egg bonda or bajji without eggs :D. Boiled Eggs :
Some like to make bondas/bajjis with whole eggs. I like to cut them into halves :
Dip these eggs into the batter and deep fry them. Here you go yummy bajjis :
Serve them with any kind of chutney or tomato sauce. Good to go for an evening snack.

That makes me hungry now ;)
Haven't had a Egg Bonda for almost 10+ years now.
Anyway, here is another tip to spice up the egg bonda. Before dipping it in the batter, you can sprinkle some black pepper on top of sliced egg and carefully dip in the batter, and fry it. Works best if you try to keep the flat side up before dropping it in the oil.
Same here, havent made these for years, due to health reasons.
And thanks for the wonderful tip. Will definitely try it out next time.
